Well, we did a bit more filming today and now have two more Consequences done.  I've also been working on editing them and have them finished and ready for music.  So, they will hopefully be up in the next month or so.

We filmed a bit outside and, with the snow and clouds, it got a bit chilly.  But we persevered and got it all done.  We also filmed an interrogation scene in a dimly lit storage room, and it went magnificently.  I have also uploaded some production photos.  So enjoy the sneak peaks those provide you until the actual Consequence clips are online.  Oh, and the two from today are quite long at about two minutes a piece.  They are definitely worth a watch though.  Well, when they are online and you can watch them.

inducement

Well, while we're waiting for the music to be written for The Consequences of Dating a Spy, I thought it would be a good idea to give a shout-out to some of the movies made by collaborators on Dating a Spy.  They are movies by the Merchants of Menace.

First, is The Tale of the Beard Fairy.  It is a Doctor Seuss tribute and feels like the Halloween version of The Night Before Christmas.

Next is an epic silent film by Nathan Productions entitled The Great Bamboozlement.

Finally, there is a stunning tribute to Dōdalemlästsa called Nathan's Lost Love.

Enjoy!

Well, our composer has been quite busy with school (he's taking 17 credits).  Due to his schedule he hasn't had the time to write the music yet.  But Fall Break is coming up soon for his university, and Nate hopes to get the music done then.  I will then add the music to our clips and we should be able to start uploading them.  Nate mentioned that another Nathan may be helping with the music as well.  And after seeing what they did for WooK, I can't wait to see what they come up with for The Consequences of Dating a Spy.

instrumentalist

Nathan Higgs has agreed to write the theme and music for Dating a Spy.  Nathan has started already and I think it will be great.  Now we're just waiting on Alden to have some free time so that we can finish filming the last two consequences we have so far.  Hopefully, at least one of the consequences will be uploaded to YouTube within the week.

Some new pictures have been uploaded to the production photos page.  Head on over to check them out.

impulsion

Well, editing is finished on three of the Consequences. There are three more that are almost done, we just need to film a few scenes on one of them. Then I will need to get the editing done and we will have six consequences ready for music. That's the hold-up right now. I need to find someone who is willing to write some very basic music for the short clips we're making. Hopefully I can find someone soon and then can get something uploaded.

impetus

Well, filming has officially begun. We completed three of the episodes. We managed to gather a cast together on a Saturday and spent much of the day filming. Well, a good part of the day. I think it went well. Now editing will need to begin so that we can get something up soon and not make it a waste of a Saturday.

incitement

Well, Alden's friend, David Miller, has gotten on board to help with Project Fox. It's a good thing too, because I haven't been able to get anything organized to start any sort of filming. David has kinda taken the lead there and we will be doing some filming this weekend. So, we will have to figure out some of the casting when we get together on Saturday and will hopefully get most of the written episodes filmed. Who knows when they'll get edited though.

inception

So, the a few of the stories for The Consequences of Dating a Spy have been written. I have a good amount of ideas for future episodes, I just need to refine them and figure out how they are going to play out. Casting will be an issue as well, but things seem to be coming along in that realm.

[This is actually an older post, but I decided to change things a bit so reposted this once Project Fox actually started moving forward.]
